1. المقدمة
توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام شركة سيركل كاش المحدودة ("سيركل كاش"، "نحن") بجمع واستخدام وحماية البيانات الشخصية والمالية لمستخدمي:
تطبيق سيركل كاش للعملاء (المحافظ الإلكترونية).
تطبيق سيركل كاش للوكلاء (الوكلاء المعتمدين).
باستخدامك للتطبيقات، فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.
2. المعلومات التي نجمعها
نجمع أنواعًا مختلفة من البيانات من العملاء والوكلاء.
أ) العملاء
المعلومات الشخصية: الاسم الكامل، تاريخ الميلاد، رقم الهوية/جواز السفر.
بيانات الاتصال: رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، العنوان.
بيانات المحفظة: الرصيد، سجل المعاملات، دفع الفواتير.
البيانات التقنية: عنوان IP، نوع الجهاز، مشغل الهاتف، سجلات الاستخدام.
ب) الوكلاء
المعلومات الشخصية: الاسم الكامل، رقم الهوية/جواز السفر، الترخيص التجاري (إن وجد).
بيانات النشاط: اسم المتجر، الموقع، المستندات التجارية.
بيانات المعاملات: الإيداعات، السحوبات، معاملات العملاء، العمولات.
البيانات التقنية: معرف الجهاز، عنوان IP، سجلات الدخول.
3. كيفية استخدام المعلومات
نستخدم بياناتك للأغراض التالية:
التحقق من الهوية وتفعيل الحساب.
تنفيذ المعاملات المالية (الإيداع، السحب، التحويل، دفع الفواتير).
احتساب وصرف العمولات للوكلاء.
مراقبة ومنع الاحتيال وغسل الأموال والأنشطة المشبوهة.

4. مشاركة البيانات والإفصاح
لن نقوم ببيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث.

البنوك الشريكة ومعالجي الدفع.
الجهات التنظيمية أو القضائية عند الطلب.

خدمات سيركل كاش غير موجهة للأطفال دون 18 عامًا، ولا نقوم بجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
