محفظة سيركل كاش للنقود الإلكترونية – سلطنة عمان

مقدمة

تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الاتفاقية") استخدامك لخدمة محفظة سيركل كاش للنقود الإلكترونية ("الخدمة") التي تقدمها شركة أبو موسي عبدالقادر للأعمال التجارية("نحن" أو "الشركة") في سلطنة عمان. باستخدامك للخدمة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.

1. التعريفات

"سيركل كاش": تعني محفظة النقود الإلكترونية التي تتيح لك إرسال واستلام الأموال وإجراء المدفوعات إلكترونيًا.

"الحساب": حساب محفظة النقود الإلكترونية الخاص بك لدى سيركل كاش.

"المستخدم": أي شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري يقوم بالتسجيل لاستخدام خدمات سيركل كاش.

"المعاملات": تشمل جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال المحفظة، مثل الإيداع، السحب، التحويل، الدفع، وشراء الخدمات.

2. التسجيل وإنشاء الحساب

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل، أو 15 عامًا بموافقة ولي الأمر.

يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة وشخصية صحيحة عند التسجيل، بما في ذلك إثبات الهوية والإقامة في سلطنة عمان.

الشركة تحتفظ بالحق في التحقق من الهوية وإغلاق أو تعليق الحساب عند وجود أي مخالفة.

3. استخدام الخدمة

يجوز لك استخدام سيركل كاش لإجراء معاملات مالية، مثل:

تحويل الأموال إلى مستخدمين آخرين.

دفع الفواتير والشراء من التجار المعتمدين.

شحن الرصيد النقدي من خلال وكلاء سيركل كاش أو التحويل البنكي.

لا يجوز استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني، بما في ذلك غسل الأموال أو تمويل الإرهاب.

4. الرسوم والتكاليف

تطبق رسوم على بعض المعاملات، وتُعرض هذه الرسوم بوضوح قبل إتمام أي عملية.

قد يتم تعديل الرسوم في أي وقت بعد إشعار مسبق للمستخدم.

5. الأمان والخصوصية

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية معلومات حسابه وكلمة المرور.

لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن أي خسائر ناتجة عن الإهمال أو الإفصاح عن بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك.

تلتزم الشركة بحماية خصوصية بيانات المستخدم وفقًا للقوانين العمانية المعمول بها.

6. حدود المعاملات

تضع سيركل كاش حدودًا يومية وشهرية للمعاملات والإيداع والسحب، بما يتوافق مع تعليمات البنك المركزي العماني.

تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تعديل هذه الحدود حسب اللوائح.

7. الإنهاء والتعليق

يجوز للمستخدم إنهاء استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت عن طريق طلب إغلاق الحساب.

يجوز للشركة تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب في حال مخالفة الشروط أو الاشتباه في أي نشاط غير قانوني.

8. إخلاء المسؤولية

يتم تقديم الخدمة "كما هي"، ولا تضمن الشركة عدم انقطاعها أو خلوها من الأخطاء.

لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن أي خسائر مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدام الخدمة.

9. القانون والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في سلطنة عمان.

تكون محاكم مسقط هي المختصة في حال وجود أي نزاع.

CircleCash Mobile Money Wallet – Sultanate of Oman

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the CircleCash Mobile Money Wallet service ("Service") provided by Abu Musa AbdelQadir for business("we" or "the Company") in Oman. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

"CircleCash": The mobile money wallet service allowing you to send and receive funds and make electronic payments.

"Account": Your personal CircleCash mobile wallet account.

"User": Any natural or legal person who registers for CircleCash services.

"Transactions": Any activity done through the wallet, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and purchases.

2. Registration and Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old, or 15 with parental consent.

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including valid proof of identity and residency in Oman.

The company reserves the right to verify your identity and suspend or close the account for any violations.

3. Use of the Service

You may use CircleCash to perform financial transactions such as:

Transferring funds to other users.

Paying bills and making purchases from authorized merchants.

Adding funds via CircleCash agents or bank transfers.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purposes, including money laundering or financing terrorism.

4. Fees and Charges

Certain transactions may be subject to fees, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

Fees are subject to change at any time with prior notice to users.

5. Security and Privacy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information.

The company is not liable for any losses arising from negligence or the disclosure of your login credentials.

We are committed to protecting user privacy according to applicable Omani data protection laws.

6. Transaction Limits

CircleCash imposes daily and monthly limits on transactions, deposits, and withdrawals in compliance with Central Bank of Oman regulations.

These limits may be adjusted according to regulatory requirements.

7. Termination and Suspension

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by requesting account closure.

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if suspicious activity is detected.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without any warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The company will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

The courts of Muscat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
